Furnace replacements are our most common job, about 60% of our weekly schedule from October through April. We do single-day swaps when the existing setup allows, and 2-day jobs when gas-line, venting or duct work changes are needed. Every install starts with a Manual J load calculation, ends with a homeowner walkthrough and a registered manufacturer warranty.
From condenser-only AC replacements to full hybrid heat pump systems with new furnaces, we install across every Halton neighbourhood. We coordinate Greener Homes Loan paperwork and HER+ rebates where they apply, and we always level the pad before setting the unit.
The mechanical room is the heart of a custom home. We design around the builder's framing plan, run gas piping cleanly, label everything, and leave service clearances per code. These photos show a few recent main-floor mechanical packages from custom builds in Oakville, Burlington and Milton.

Hydronic in-floor heating manifolds for new builds, snow melt systems tied to existing boilers, basement radiant retrofits, radiant work is technically demanding but the result is the most comfortable heat available.
